Agrobs Horse Alpin Senior Best provision for aged Horses

HORSE ALPIN SENIOR is a supplementary feed for older horses and horses with chewing problems based on Myoalpin® fibre.
This ensures the supply of roughage and high-quality proteins – even for horses that can no longer chew their hay.

To help older horses build muscle, HORSE ALPIN SENIOR contains easily digestible proteins and amino acids for healthy muscle metabolism. The mixed flakes of thermally-degraded maize and barley provide the horse with extra energy.
The cold-pressed flake also contains a high proportion of omega-3 fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid), as well as valuable mucilage and swelling substances for a healthy gastrointestinal tract.
The gently dried carrot flakes supplement natural ß-carotene – the precursor of vitamin A – and other important trace elements.
The optimal protein-energy ratio spares the metabolism for healthy feed conversion.

Horse Alpin Senior is a roughage and concentrate feed in one and is made without the addition of molasses and artificial preservatives.

Feeding guidelines

* as single crib feed: 100 – 500 g per 100 kg ideal body weight per day
* as supplementation to the conventional crib feed: 1 kg substitutes approximately 1 kg of grain
* introduce new feed gradually

If necessary, feed can be dampened or soaked with water, especially during change of feed.
As mineral supplement, we suggest an AGROBS® minaral feed, adapted to your horse and its needs.
