Agrobs Pre Alpin Wiesencobs

PRE ALPIN Wiesencobs are an ideal roughage in extra large pellet form.
The cobs are made from a unique mix of more than 60 different grasses and herbs from the Bavarian Alps.
The grasses and herbs are harvested at the right stage of maturity.
This ensures low protein and high fibre content for optimal horse nutrition.

Agrobs Pre Alpin Wiesencobs is

molasses-free
low in protein
low in fructose
dust-free and mould-free
rich in vitamins and minerals

Application Wiesencobs:

as basic roughage (100% hay replacement)
as an upgrade of hay, silage and pasture grass
as a substitute for concentrated feed, guaranteeing the intake of roughage
suitable for horses with respiratory problems caused by dust and mould
for (older) horses with weight problems
horses (older) with teeth problems (soak 1kg Pre Alpin Wiesencobs with approx. 1,5 to 3 litres of water)
to promote the intake of fluids

Feeding guidelines

* as Roughage substitute: 1.2 to 1.5kg per 100kg body weight daily
* to improve roughage: 1kg Pre Alpin Wiesencobs replaces 1kg of hay
* as concentrate substitute: 1.2kg Pre Alpin Wiesencobs replaces approx. 1kg of grains

We generally recommend feeding the cobs soaked: soak 1kg with 1.5 to 3 liters of water
