The packages are delivered by DHL parcel service
As a rule, your order will be delivered within 1-3 workingdays, after it has been collected from us.
You will receive an email from the DHL, allowing you to track your parcel live.
The DHL driver will make one standard delivery attempt. Are you not at home at that time?
Then DHL will try to deliver the parcel to your neighbours or to the nearest DHL parcel shop, so you will be in possession of your order as soon as possible.
Why no free shipping?
This is very simple; the costs incurred for shipping have to be paid somehow.
Most online shops pass on these costs as a kind of mark-up in the selling price of the products.
We could make our products slightly more expensive and thus pretend that we do not charge shipping costs, as usually happens with other online shops.
However, we think this is unfair because it penalises customers who order multiple items by actually charging them double shipping costs.
So the shops that do not charge shipping costs are earning on the ‘free shipping’ without you noticing!
We prefer to keep costs open and honest!
