• Electrolytes are a mineral supplement that contains electrolyte salts specifically designed to compensate for nutrient and electrolyte loss in the case of heavy sweating in horses and ponies.
  
• Electrolytes are recommended primarily for horses that are sweating heavily and in hard work.
  
• Also suitable for use when the weather is very hot or if your horse sweats when travelling.

Tip: 
A simple test for dehydration is a little squeeze in the skin on the shoulders of the horse.
The skin should retract within 1 second in the normal position.
The squeeze will stay longer visible if a lack of electrolytes is the case.
