Description

St. Hippolyt Linustar golden yellow, gently cracked linseed for the stomach and intestines

Shiny appearance
A horse’s health and well-being are reflected in its appearance.
Dry, rough skin, dandruff and a dull coat can be signs of a lack of special nutrients.
In addition to trace elements, essential fatty acids are particularly lacking.
The high concentration of omega-3 (a-linolenic acid) and omega-6 (linoleic acid) fatty acids in LinuStar naturally supports skin and hair.

Pure digestive process
Cracks in the husk of the seed cause it to crack, but it is still protected from oxidation and therefore from spoilage.
When it comes into contact with liquids such as water or digestive secretions, the shell swells and the mucilage and other nutritional elements are accessible to the organism.

Because golden-yellow linseed naturally forms less hydrogen cyanide, there is no need to boil it before feeding.
As a result, all valuable ingredients such as omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E remain intact.

  • Rich in omega-3 fatty acids
  • No grinding or cooking necessary
  • To help with coat changes

Feeding guidelines

Mix approx. 10-20 g per 100 kg body weight into the daily amount of concentrates or Irish Mash. Where appropriate, the quantity may be doubled for a period of time. 1 measuring cup = 110 g

LinuStar for the stomach:
Dose LinuStar with hot water (approx. 80°C) and leave to soak for about 25 minutes. The mucilaginous process will immediately be visible. Now feed together with concentrates or Irish Mash. The mucous substances cover the gastric mucosa like a protective film.

LinuStar for the gut:
Simply mix dry LinuStar into the concentrates. This ensures that the linseed will only swell in the course of digestion, which means the mucous substances are available to the gut.
