Terms and Conditions 

Prices

All prices quoted in the RWDH webshop include VAT. Typing and input errors reserved.
However, we will not invoice any amount that differs from what is stated on your email confirmation without consulting you.
We will invoice the price that is current at the time of your order. You cannot derive any rights from the fact that you have seen a lower price at an earlier point in time. 

Realization of the agreement

As soon as you have placed your order, it will be gratefully accepted and processed by us. Orders received by us on working days before 12:00 noon will be shipped as soon as possible.

Delivery

We normally have all products from the RWDH webshop in stock.
If we cannot deliver a product immediately due to circumstances, we will contact you.

Are you in a hurry with your order and do you want to know if we can ship the package the same day? Then give us a call, and you will know exactly where you stand!

Subsequent delivery

For subsequent delivery of products that we order from one of our suppliers at your request, we charge the costs for standard shipping.
No rights can be derived from promises regarding the term in which we think we can deliver a product.

Returns

Return is only possible in consultation with Wielens Animal Feeds.
Wielens Animal Feeds will arrange a collection appointment with the forwarding agent.
Returns without a collection appointment are not accepted and processed by us.
Wielens Animal Feeds only accepts returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
The shipping costs of a return are to be paid by the customer (except for packing errors, see conditions below).

Exchange

To exchange an item, we advise you to contact WielensAnimalFeeds.
As soon as we have received the item to be exchanged back, we will send you a note for this. We will transfer the amount to be settled to your account within 10 days of the date of the creditnote.

Packing errors 

Despite our careful working method, packaging errors are inevitable. We request that you notify us by email ([email protected]) within 4 days of delivery. We reserve the right to verify your report against the weight of the package and the internal control forms. We ensure that you receive the missing product within 1-3 working days.
If applicable, we will also make an appointment with you about picking up the incorrectly sent product.

Payment

Pay in advance

If you choose to pay in advance, you will receive an e-mail from us on the same or next working day with the information you need to make your payment.
We will ship your order as soon as the money has been credited to our account. You will be notified by email.

Pay online

You can pay online in our webshop with Ideal; You settle this in your own trusted banking environment with your bank’s own specific security.
If the delivery time is unexpectedly longer than promised, we will contact you about any refund of the amount to your account. In the absence of a delivery, you can always contact us and request a refund of the payment; we will respond within 2 working days.

Paying from abroad

This is only possible through pay in advance. When paying in advance, you will receive an email from us on the same or next working day with the information you need to make your payment. We will ship your order as soon as the money has been credited to our account. Unfortunately, other payment methods for customers outside the Netherlands are not (yet) possible.

Delivery outside the Netherlands

We are happy to send your order to you. We do charge extra delivery costs for this.

Product information

In the WielensAnimalFeeds webshop we will mention the latest available information about a product. Based on new insights, availability of raw materials or changes in legislation, continue manufacturers to improve and adapt products. We are not always immediately informed of this, which means that the information on the website may differ from the information that you find with or on the product.

Liability

WielensAnimalFeeds only accepts liability for damage suffered by you that is the result of an attributable shortcoming in the fulfilment of our obligations or from an unlawful act, if and in so far as this liability is covered by our insurance.
If, for any reason, our insurer makes no payment, or if the damage is not covered by the insurance, our liability shall be limited to the net invoice value of what should have been delivered by us, or to the amount that we actually recover from third parties in this regard.
We are not liable for

  • damage caused by exceeding the delivery term.
  • damage caused by, or resulting from a defect in the goods purchased from us (consequential damage). 
  • incorrect use of the products purchased from us.

Complaints, disputes and applicable law

If you have any complaints about the products or our services, we request that you inform us in writing or by email ([email protected]). We will do everything we can to find a suitable solution with you. If we cannot reach an agreement, we will point out the possibility to submit the complaint to the consumer association. Any disputes in the Netherlands must be submitted to the competent court in Almelo (NL) or the competent court in your canton or district. All agreements concluded with us and resulting disputes are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

force majeure

In case of force majeure WielensAnimalFeeds is entitled, at its own discretion, to suspend the fulfilment of the customer’s order, or to rescind the contract without judicial intervention, by notifying the customer in writing and without WielensAnimalFeeds being liable to pay any compensation, unless in the given circumstances this would be unacceptable according to the standards of reasonableness and fairness.
Force majeure is understood to mean any shortcoming which cannot be attributed to WielensAnimalFeeds, since it cannot be blamed on WielensAnimalFeeds and cannot be accounted for by virtue of law, legal action or generally accepted practice.
